The National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA) collaborates with Dr. Karen McAvoy and a publication she authored, the REAP (Remove/Reduce *Educate* Adjust/Accommodate* Pace) Manual. Learn how you can adopt the REAP for your State, and how this concussion management tool has been used to encourage stakeholder buy-in for both Return to Play/Return to Learn initiatives in the following areas:

  • sports and athletic awareness

  • hospital and clinic practices

  • parent and student athlete education

  • educator and academic staff strategies
