Haleigh joined NASHIA in July 2018, bringing over a decade of experience working alongside people within the disability community. Her diverse background spans private, public, and non-profit sectors, focusing on rehabilitation counseling and vocational evaluation. Notably, she served as a traumatic brain injury care coordinator at the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services for three years. Haleigh holds certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Vocational Evaluator.

As the Director of Program Management at NASHIA, Haleigh's responsibilities encompass membership engagement, program promotion, operations, and organizational support. Her oversight extends to various programs, including membership initiatives, OBISSS, REAP, and the neuropsychological screening course. Outside of work, Haleigh finds solace in lake activities and cherishing moments with her family at soccer matches.

Haleigh earned her Master of Education from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, specializing in Rehabilitation Counseling. Committed to continuous growth, she actively pursues ongoing training to acquire new skills and refine existing ones
